There you were with that most beautiful face the first day we met,

Running

Running from the emotions,

Now is the not the time for romantic notions;

Running from the brutal past,

Running far, running fast until i last;

Running from the pain of heart,

Without it i will fall apart;

Running from the loneliness,

Trying to hide my own weaknesses;

Running to hurt myself,

From the thought of finding nobody else;

Running till my last breath,
